DC 43 – Ten from Lorwyn, Knight Rock, Dev Chat

After a bit of a delay, show 43 is now online! It’s ma-hoo-sive, clocking in at 55 minutes and is the longest ever episode of DC, beating show 27‘s long-standing record.
Headlining this week’s show is a look back at Lorwyn. I go over ten cards from Lorwyn/Shadowmoor (or Lorwynmoor if you prefer) that I had fun with while the set was in Standard. These aren’t necessarily power cards like Bitterblossom or the Planeswalkers, but more of a personal selection.
Next up on the bill is a rock-like deck that I’ve been putting together for Extended, that could also work well in Standard with a few tweaks.
Finishing off the show is a discussion of the dev chat that happened in IRC on Thursday, October 8 2009. I pick out some questions that caught my eye and discuss the answers the WotC team gave.
