If two cards cause a when put into the graveyard effect, which effect would you take?

If a Mortuary was in play and an Eldrazi (say Kozilek, Butcher of Truth) was killed and put into the graveyard, would you put the card on top of your library or shuffle it into the library?

Both are triggered abilities so both go on the stack. The order is based on priority and who controls which cards. After that though I am not positive on how they resolve. I believe that the following resolution orders are correct but am not positive. If mortuary triggers first then Kozilek would go to the top of your library then you would shuffle your deck. If Kozilek triggers first then you shuffle your graveyard into your library and the mortuary trigger fizzles as it no longer has a target.
