[Standard] Landfall Combo
Hey guys...

Saw this on twitter what do you think?

2 Sejiri Steppe
2 Glacial Fortress
4 Misty Rainforest
4 Sunpetal Grove
2 Plains
3 Island
3 Forest
3 Halimar Depths
2 Terramorphic Expanse

4 Ponder
4 Path to Exile
4 Hedron Crab
3 Vines of Vastwood
3 Treasure Hunt
4 Lotus Cobra
4 Ruin Ghost
4 Tideforce Elemental
3 Grazing Gladehart
2 Emeria Angel

No sideboard but one could easily be constructed. Basically you use Ruin Ghost to "blink" a land, when it comes back you use lotus cobra to add blue/white to your mana pool and also untap Tideforce. Then use the blinked land and lotus cobra mana to tap tideforce and untap ruin ghost to then exile the land again and it starts all over... The win condition is either getting infinite emeria angel tokens, infinite life from grazing glateheart, infinite mill from hedron crab.

What do ya think?

RE: [Standard] Landfall Combo
I have seen this combo without the alternate win conditions of the gladeheart or emeria angel. I don't really like it as it requires too many fragile creatures to work. The version I remember seeing had amulet of vigor to use sejiri steppe for the mana and to give protection. If it had a solid tutor then it would be better.

RE: [Standard] Landfall Combo
yeah you're right... that's the problem with these decks is the fragility of the creatures. But I guess it's supposed to be a casual deck...

RE: [Standard] Landfall Combo
Or the fact that pithing needle set to ruin ghost or tideforce elemental destroys the combo.
