New goblin deck

So I recently got the opportunity to buy a legacy deck from one of the guys at the gaming club and was wondering what you think about it.

As I understand it you win by rushing your opponent with lots of goblins or
if your lucky and get a charbelcher and a Goblin recruiter and hit him that way.
