Goblin Horde
20 Creatures
4 Goblin Wardriver
4 Memnite
3 Goblin Arsonist
3 Goblin Gaveleer
3 Goblin Bushwhacker
3 Goblin Chieftain

12 Spells
4 Quest for the Goblin Lord
4 Kudoltha Rebirth
4 Concussive Bolt

12 Artifacts
4 Accorder's Shield
4 Trusty Machete
4 Bladed Pinions

20 Mountain

I love this deck for its flexible strategies. For example, the ideal opening:
T1: Mountain, Memnite, Quest for the Goblin Lord
T2: Mountain, Gaveleer, Kudoltha Rebirth on the memnite
T3: Mountain, Arsonist, Quest is activated and play a kicked goblin bushwhacker. Swing with everything for a total of 24 damage.

If it doesn't work out this way there's always the Chieftain and Wardriver giving a bonus. Even late game I can use Concussive Bolt to make my goblin horde pass by with ease.

On a side note I've been thinking of adding Precursor Golem for late game. I can cast Kuldotha Rebirth on it, spell copies for each golem, and I get nine 1/1 goblins.

RE: Goblin Horde
I think you should take out some of your equipment and replace them for cheap artifact creatures like signal pest and i would take out the quest in favor of more creatures/ burn spells. Lightning bolt and arc trail are good choices that can clear the way for you goblin horde or smack the player in the face with some direct damage. I would also recommend getting a 4th bushwhacker. It should be pretty easy to find one. I would also suggest replacing gaveleer with goblin guide if you can, although i realize that is harder on the wallet. You should also consider ember hauler. He's good.
