The RATS! deck
a quick yet effective stick together of only 3 cards.
x24 Swamp x32 Relentless Rats x4 Coat of Arms What do you think? "I go against the flow of everyone else. People turn to one tactic i turn to a different tactic. They turn to one card i turn to a different card. By staying different from everyone else no one knows what i'll have and i can surprize and most likely destroy my opponent from his lack of preparedness." |

RE: The RATS! deck
Relentless rats how you continue to provide more amusement and lead even more players to insanity trying to find enough copies to fill a deck.
This deck could work in theory but the relentless rats deck really needs thrumming stone which is long gone from standard. The coat of arms is unnecessary as your rats will be stupidly big if they all hit the table and they don't have the trample which would make the coat of arms more useful. The main problem with the deck is that it is slow. You are dropping your first rat on turn 3 with another 2 on turns 4 and 5. You can then start dropping 2 a turn once you get 6 lands which is not always going to happen on the 6th turn. This deck needs disruption like duress, inquisition of kozilek, or cheap removal. The problem is not lowering the concentration of the rats themselves as the deck does not work without them. As a whole this is the sort of deck that is amusing to mess around with, either in theory or casual play but don't expect to even win a FNM with it. Satisne sanus es? |

RE: The RATS! deck
You could consider replacing coat of arms with eldrazi monument for indestructible flying rats.

I like the idea of it with a bunch of real cheap removal or else card draw or a means to get mana faster. Dark Ritual could be helpful to put a rat out turn 1 though it only slightly improves the speed at a cost of a card. Deck Construct MWS League. Season 2 is just around the corner.Sign ups have started! Check back soon for details! If your interested in signing up send Ezio, or Myself a PM. Official thread is located here.
