I'm working on constructing my first EDH deck. Since my first Legacy, Extended, and Standard deck was Elves I went the same direction with this deck in the hopes that I would be able to make my favorite creature type work out. Here is the working list. It's incomplete but I'm still working on it.

My first thought is to apologize as you have to take out rhys the redeemed as it is white, a color which does not match your general. Karakas is also banned so you can't run it.

For card suggestions I would consider adding high market, tectonic edge, dust bowl, wasteland, and maze of ith (the later two going under the assumption you are not under any budget constraints). Artifactwise I would suggest some form of graveyard hate be it relic of progenitus, scrabbling claws, or whatever your preferred graveyard hate is. To go along with the rest of the obnoxious equipment you may want an umezawa's jitte and lightning greaves. Two other utility artifacts that I would reccomend are oblivion stone and crucible of worlds.

These are just my first glance recommendations, I will probably have more.

I already have Crucible of worlds in the deck cause I love that card.
I was trying to focus on keeping mostly forests in the deck but if I'm losing a land because it's banned (I can't believe I missed that on the list) I will be adding wasteland for sure.
After reading Maze of ith I feel that it should replace mystifying maze.
I didn't know that split mana cost card's counted as both colors that they have. Figured they were either/or depending on what was spent to play them.

I'm not sure what to replace Rhys with as I do want to keep the creature count high. Not sure what I want to remove in place for the relic of progenitus but I can see where it would come in handy since I have no way to remove a graveyard.

I"m going to pull mutavault and replace it with Dust bowl, Can't say that I'm a fan of high market
