BR Dragonstorm HELP PLEASE!

Here is a Dragonstorm Deck I have been working on for a while now... I still can't get it how I want it so I would love help...

4 Dragonskull Summit
7 Mountain
2 Peat Bog
2 Sandstone Needle
6 Swamp

I did have an idea. Why not take all the copies of Dragonstorm out of thedeck, and replace them with Burning Wish and put a copy or two of Dragonstorm into your board. That way, you could possibly use Ad Nauseum to draw out multiple cards and get to the mana that you need for your big kill card. Also, i would take out the Diabolic Tutors in favour for something like Lotus Petal

The land count on the deck is rather high, i run a combo deck for legacy and it has only got around 15 lands.

Another option would be to add in moxes, suck as Chrom mox and Mox Diamond.

I would throw in Sarkhan the Mad, just because he helps with dragons.

I would probably advise against that, mainly because the deck is based around a certain combo, and that isnt really helping the combo in any way.

The idea with the dragonstorm deck is to get a storm count of 3 and cast dragonstorm to find either 4 copies of Kokusho, or 4 copies of Bogardan Hellkite. This deals an amount usually enough to kill the opponent.

The only way i could think of Sarkhan being good in the deck is by having him as a 1-of at the very most in the sideboard against decks that have lifegain.
