Competative Goblin Legacy Hopeful
Well this is as good as it gets for me to build a competitive deck. I would like to be a blue player but unfortunately I don't have the budget or cards to be a competitive Blue player, so here is a Goblin Legacy Competative that I would like to use... What do you guys think?

Creatures:
Chandra Nalaar
Voracious Dragon
Goblin Warchief
Goblin Goon
Goblin King X2
Raging Goblin X3
Siege-Gang Commander X3
Reckless One X3
Tuktuk The Explorer
Goblin Matron
Gempalm Incinerator
Warbreak Trumpeter

Spells:
Hellion Eruption
Soulblast
Searing Blaze
Lightning Bolt
Shock
Staggershock
Dragon Fodder X2
Brightstone Ritual
Seething Song X3
Goblin War Strike X2
Goblin War Drums

Lands:
Mountain X17
Smoldering Spires

I Have Been Where Others Have Not, And Now I Return To Make Sure That None Follow...

RE: Competative Goblin Legacy Hopeful
This deck is nowhere near legacy level. For inspiration I would look here.

On a budget I would stick to mono-red goblins. The core of the deck is fairly cheap. You should be able to get Incinerators, chieftains, matrons, ringleaders, and mogg fanatics fairly cheaply. Then you can work towards goblin piledriver, goblin lackey and aether vial. After you have those you can get wastelands and rishadan posts. If you are only working to play legacy on a budget though, goblins may not be the best option, especially if you want to play control. I am not the most knowledgeable person on legacy so you may want to ask yankeedave for some help on decks to play, though he may just suggest belcher.
