Honestly not sure about this one just yet. Haven't done any testing to it, but the deck seems solid for destroy the other player. I was thinking about putting in a few Fireball or Comet Storm or something to the likes since I can make quite a bit of red land with the Gauntlet of Might. I've also started working towards a Red burn build featuring Gauntlet of Might.

I am confused by the whole concept of this being casual. If someone ran a playset of goblin lackey against me in casual I would smack them upside the head before getting them to pick a different deck. Overall this deck has parts of a competitive goblin deck while running a number of junk cards (at least in this deck). How serious is this deck supposed to be? Is it supposed to be a fun theme deck or a weak vintage deck?

To comment on some individual cards: When is goblin dynamo useful? Playing a X burn spell would be better but not that great. Why are you using the gauntlets? They don't seem that great for the deck while being ridiculously expensive (monetary wise). Howling mine is also pretty wretched for aggro. I understand the theme value of the grenade and the lords even if they are not the greatest. To add some cards I would consider mogg war marshal, gempalm incinerators, mogg fanatic, goblin ringleader and goblin matron as fairly solid cards that won't break the bank. I really don't think you want a legacy competitive deck so I am not suggesting cards like goblin piledriver. Overall Goblins can be fun deck but running the number of broken green men that you have in casual seems like a bad idea.

I really didn't play magic way back in the day so I've spent the last few days on breaks at work going through the card database and reading every card from Alpha forward. It's a process but I'm getting a lot of ideas the whole way through. Casual probably wouldn't be the best label for the deck, more so illegal in most formats and being played against other decks with similar build. We've proxied decks to play against one another using any cards from any sets and of course disallowing cards that are illegal in vintage. Although we were playing with single copies of the mox *gem* cards that are banned from Alpha. Just mostly for fun. I didn't see some of the goblins that you just suggested. I was using the Dynamo as a finisher, a big one. And it's worked thus far against some of the decks my buddies have put together. Basically first turn lackey, swing to put out whichever goblin I can if they don't manage to block. Then I play the goblin that can sac goblins in order to produce red mana, and fully dump the mana pool into a deadly dynamo. I realize that I could use the Siege Gang in a similar way as well. I most likely am going to modify the deck a few times before I'm fully satisfied with it. But it was just for fun this time around.
