Can someone counter Akroma Angel of Fury be countered when playing it in morphed form?

Yes as Akroma is a 2/2 colorless creature with no abilities and a converted manacost 0. Also remember that a card being flipped can't be countered, I don't think this is what you were asking about but I thought I should add it just in case it would cause confusion.
