Hey guys me again,
Going along with what Disturbedone0777 did with the music thread, what is everyone's favourite game or games console ever released?
My favourite console is the SNES, and my favourite game of all time is Dark Cloud 2 for people in the USA, or Dark Chronicle in the UK. There are virtually no flaws at all with it, and it is a perfect RPG fantasy game.
The best game system is the PC, no question.
The only game that I have played that has no major flaws is Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri. It is an amazing game based on the Civilization 2 engine. Many of the "innovations" that appear in later Civilization games are watered down versions of Alpha Centauri's original concepts. The expansion does wreck the tech tree and is fairly imbalanced but the base game is awesome.
Chrono Trigger anybody?
Big fan of the Forgotten Realms games.

I will admit to not being the hugest jrpg fan but I have heard that chrono trigger is very good and plan on playing it eventually (sadly my list of games I want to play is quite long).
Which Forgotten Realms Games? Neverwinter Nights is awesome as is Baldur's Gate II. I hated NWN II though.

Icewind Dale and Baldur's Gate. Pretty much dungeon crawlers. Black Isle was an awesome game studio.
My all-time favourite game is the Spy Hunter arcade cabinet. It looks ancient by today's standards, but to me it's awesome.

My opinion about games changes over time.
Currently I am playing Assassins Creed 2, Grand Theft Auto 4, Battle Field Bad Company 2, and Army of Two: 2. I've liked them all pretty much entirely. Some camera issues in AC2, few glitches in GTA4, but nothing to scoff at.
In my opinion, there is no such thing as a perfect game. There will always be flaws. And room for improvement.
