First of all I wanted I just started to play Magic about 6 weeks ago and came across your podcast while looking for something to listen to at work. I just wanted to say thank for a deck combo you gave awhile back it was Turntimber Ranger with artificial evolution combo. I made a deck based around this combo ideal with blue for control and green for the allies it still being fine tune. But once I get the deck to a more playable status I will be more then glad to give you deck list. But I just to let you know I did played a rough draft of the deck the other day with a friend of mine and the combo was easy to pull off and when it works it really works.

Aye it's a fun combo and it's fun to see it go off. It's also only two cards and it's very fetchable, too. Grab your Ranger using Summoner's Pact, Chord of Calling etc., get the Evolution with Mystical Teachings and go nuts.

Throw in some card draw and a supporting cast of some choice creatures, maybe some removal (Evacuation for the mass kind or just some bounce like Boomerang or Into the Roil) and suddenly there's a deck brewing!

You might want to consider including the blue ally creature that gives you draw for number of allies in play.
