So I picked up the premium sliver pack a few weeks back. I was wondering what anyone else thought of this deck if you've used it, and what improvements might be made to the deck?
I ask this because I use it in my casual games and have found it great fun to just swarm everyone else at the table but I just find it lacking at certain times.
The decklist can be found here:

as well as several other sites by googling.
The main problem with the deck is that is full of single and double copies of cards. Added to this is that they lumped a stack of sliver decks together and then called it a single deck.
The deck that I see parts of is Seers Tower, from Timespiral standard. That deck was based around using
dormant sliver,
wild pair and
gemhide sliver to get absurd numbers of slivers. Then you use a sacrifice outlet or
psionic sliver to win. I would link an article about it but I can't find any on the internet. I just remember it being a fun deck.
Otherwise the premium sliver deck has a few legacy staples, a few good cards, and a number of fun cards but a lot of crap. The deck begs for more
gemhide sliver,
muscle sliver, and
sinew sliver. My advice would be to figure out what style of sliver deck you want and get singles (purchase or trade) to build that deck.
Awesome. That's what I was thinking I just wanted more input. I was thinking of adding more gemhide and brood slivers. I agree with you in that there are too many types and too few copies of those. Distant Melody does help though to get the slivers you need or at least to the overlord so that you can search for individual ones.
